Level 3 : Associate Builder Programme - Serve Faithfully
The Associate Builder Course is designed for persons who are ready to step into responsibility and service. Geared towards Senior High School graduates, tertiary students, and maturing believers, this level prepares participants to lead by example and serve with excellence.
The course trains participants to understand their calling, walk in spiritual gifts, and lead with integrity. With a strong emphasis on practical service, mentorship, and ministry involvement, Associate Builders grow through both instruction and action.
They are challenged to deepen their personal walk with God while building others through leadership, teaching, and example.
By the end of this course, each participant is equipped not only to serve but to lead — as team leaders, mentors, and ministers in their communities. Graduates are expected to know their spiritual gifts, live by a personal vision plan and impact. It’s a season of sharpening skills, refining purpose, and stepping boldly into Kingdom assignments.
Some of the key focus areas are: Christ Consciousness and Ministry Identity, Servant Leadership and Ministry Ethics, The Five-Fold Ministry and Discovering of Spiritual Gifts, Kingdom Business, Marriage, and Building Godly Homes, etc.
